Mount
of Temptations
Jesus
Christ was baptized in the Jordan River across from Jericho.
This is also known as the entrance and Eastern gateway to
the promise land. The voice of the Father came and said this
is MY Son in whom I am well pleased. While Jesus was
praying, heaven opened, and the Holy Spirit came upon HIM in
bodily form. Joshua brought all of Israel across the Jordan
River, Elijah went up in the chariot of fire, David came
across and reconciled with Judah first right here at Gilgal
on the eastern edge of Jericho. Joshua 4.19
Luke
4.1-8
Then
Jesus Christ was driven into the wilderness and then led HIM
up and showed Him all the Kingdoms of the world in a moment
of time. 6. And the devil said to HIM, I will give you this
domain and its glory; for it has been handed over to me, and
I give it to whomever I wish. 7. Therefore if You worship
before me, it shall all be Yours. 8. Jesus said, it is
written you shall worship the Lord your God and serve Him
only.
This
released a Kingdom KEY that can be found at the top
of the Mount of Temptations. At times the Lord ask us to go
up and spend a day praying and fasting on this Mountain to
meet with HIM and SEE our next steps HE has ordained for us.
