Thus says the Lord, 'I have purified these waters; there shall not be from there death or unfruitfulness any longer.' So the waters have been healed to this day according to the word of Elisha. Many come to Jericho and meet with the Lord and are healed in this ancient waterway. I ask the Lord why so much blessing in this water. He said 'My Word spoken over this spring is what makes it blessed and My Word is in bloom.' The company of prophets at Jericho had complained of the barren land and the bitter water. God used prophet Elisha right after he picked up the double portion of the Spirit, he crossed over the Jordan and prophesied at the spring lifting the curse Joshua had spoken off the land. This glorious spring waters most of Jericho and it is our daily water source. Interesting fact, many fruits are growing in doubles and found all around Jericho. Jeremiah 6.16 'Stand by and SEE and ASK for the ancient paths, where the good way is, and walk in it; And you will find rest for your souls. Minister unto the King of Kings at Ancient Jericho and HE will give you much fruit for your labor. To HIM be all the glory!
